Leading our ever growing team is Bruce Weippert, President and Senior Strategist at tap Strategy and HR Consulting. Bruce possesses more than 26 years of strategic leadership and senior human resources experience as a management consultant and senior human resources executive / business partner in the private sector in Canada and internationally. As a consultant, Bruce has worked as a strategist and services provider with clients in the federal government, not-for-profit, and private sectors.
Bruce specializes in the areas of organizational strategy, change management and business transformations, organizational design and re-alignment, competency frameworks, performance management, terminations, legislation, HR best-practices, and HR project management.
Bruce’s experience leading positive change and delivering progressive strategy and HR based services to the organizations he has worked with has allowed him to bring an integrated business perspective to serving his client’s needs as a consultant.
His view is that the role of HR is not only to provide employee and manager based services to organizations, but to deliver strategic guidance, innovative thinking, and results on matters that impact the business scorecard.
Bruce volunteers with a number of charitable organizations, is a mentor volunteer with aspiring HR professionals, is an Advisory Committee member for the Algonquin College School of Business, and is a certified Certified Human Resources Executive (CHRE).
