Nick Ayre brings over 20 years of senior human resources and consultancy experience in the delivery and management of human resources, governance, and knowledge management to a broad range of large and small Canadian and multi-national organizations.
Nick's experience includes seven years as Vice President of People and Systems at a major not-for-profit in Canada, multiple assignments with other organizations and sectors.
Nick's expertise includes the development and implementation of HR audits and assessments, design of strategic organizational structures, development of performance management systems and processes, talent management, succession planning, legal compliance, health and safety, compensation and benefits, management security contingency plans, mediation and conflict resolution both within Canada and in complex and fragile overseas environments.
