Pamela is a certified Change Management professional, with extensive experience offering leadership the guidance, coaching, and change strategies necessary to successfully evolve their organizations. She has lead organizations through significant corporate changes, system enhancements, and business optimization approaches. Pamela’s broad experience in HR spans from international organizations to the Federal Government.
