PIERRE LEBRUN

SENIOR CONSULTANT

Pierre Lebrun retired from the Federal Public Service in 2020 after 30 years of service with several departments. During his career, he was Acting Associate CHRO for the RCMP and Director General, Compensation and Labour Relations, where he managed the Compensation, Labour Relations, Pension, Insurance and Disability Management programs.

He previously led the Public Service Staffing and Classification programs for the RCMP, a department comprised of 18,000 police officers and 14,000 public servants. Finally, he also managed the Executive Staffing, Classification and Compensation functions in the RCMP.

Before joining the RCMP, Pierre held executive positions at the Treasury Board Secretariat and the Public Service Commission, and non-executive positions at several other departments and agencies. Pierre has worked in or managed all HR disciplines.

He holds a Bachelors’ degree in French and a Master of Business Administration. In 2012, he received the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal in recognition for his contributions to human resources management in the RCMP.
