Terri Harrison, Vice President, Consulting Services & Senior Strategist

Terri brings operational, HR, project management and Strategic experience to tap Strategy and HR Consulting. Having more than 27 years’ combined experience as a small business owner, and within the Health Care, private and not-for-profit sectors, Terri has worked both within Canada and internationally, including in national and international contexts.

Terri’s strengths include strategic visioning, collaboration and gap- and solution-finding; and she is focused on not only where we are going (goals/objectives) but particularly ‘how’ we get there.

As a Human Resources Management practitioner, Terri’s passion is on influencing positive change through Leadership and Talent Management, particularly through engagement and on ‘how’ we work – integrating talent and potential. Terri has HR specialization experience in all facets of Talent and Human Resources Management, including program development and implementation in performance management programs, competency frameworks and their development and customization, and employee and volunteer engagement surveys. Terri has extensive generalist experience in all HR facets, including complex terminations and effective situational navigation.

Terri incorporates project management principles and collaboration in her approach, and along with her strengths and competencies, strives to deliver a better product, with high “buy-in” from stakeholders and higher-than expected outcomes.

Terri has extensive volunteer experience, has served on past boards and has education in science and math. Terri is an environmentalist, a humanitarian and an opportunistic learner at heart, and is passionate about walking the talk.
